1. General These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Frame & Promo, based in Fermoy, Co. Cork, Ireland. By purchasing our packages or requesting a custom quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & Pricing We provide video editing and ad creation services as described in our packages (15s, 30s, 60s). All prices listed on the website are final. Frame & Promo is currently not registered for VAT, therefore no VAT is added to the prices, and no VAT can be reclaimed by the customer.

3. Payments Full payment is required upfront through our secure payment gateways (Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal) unless otherwise agreed for custom projects.

4. Delivery & Timeline Standard delivery for video packages is 3–7 business days from the moment we receive all necessary assets (brief, logos, footage). Delays in providing assets will result in a delayed delivery date.

5. Revisions Each package includes one (1) round of professional revisions. Any additional revisions or significant changes to the original brief after work has started may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Rights Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final video for commercial and promotional purposes. Frame & Promo retains the right to use the created content in its own portfolio and for self-promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

7. Refund Policy Due to the digital and custom nature of video production, refunds are not available once the editing process has begun. If you wish to cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

9. Disclaimer of Results & Liability While Frame & Promo strives to create high-impact content designed to drive engagement, we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or conversion results. The success of an advertising campaign depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to: ad spend, platform algorithms, target audience, and the quality of the client's product or landing page. Frame & Promo shall not be held liable for any financial losses or lack of business growth resulting from the use of our services.

10. Right to Refuse : Frame & Promo reserves the right refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

11. Order cancellation by provider: We reserve the right to cancel any order after it has been placed . This may happen due to , but it is not limited to : technical issues , creative misalignment, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order to our quality standards.

12. Refund on Cancellation : if we choose to cancel your order, na full refund will be issued for a cancelled order, Frame & Promo Shall have no further liability or obligation to the customer. We are not responsible fro any loss of potential revenue or marketing delays caused by such cancellations
